Since graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in computer science, Ed has worked as head of user experience development for Zopa, an online peer-to-peer bank, and as a developer for the travel website, TripAdvisor. He has also worked as a freelancer for the last five years, with clients ranging from individuals, to small businesses, to global companies such as Coca-Cola. Ed has played the violin and piano since the age of seven.

Thalia has worked in online marketing for English Touring Opera, and for diverse musical organisations, including the Classical Opera Company, Gramophone and Classic FM magazines, the Royal Albert Hall, and Chimes music shop. She has seen first hand how the internet is revolutionising all sectors of the music industry, affecting everyone from performing artists to businesses. Thalia has a music degree from Cambridge University and plays the piano and violin.
